Authentic leadership and employee engagement: The role of employee well-being

BACKGROUND/OBJECTIVE: To understand how perceived authentic leadership translates into work engagement, this study hypothesize that facilitates positive conditions of well-being, which in turn predict employee engagement. This asserts each the three mediating paths comprising life, workplace, and psychological is expected to mediate relationship based on conservation resources (COR) theory relational perspective. METHODOLOGY: Data were collected from two-wave survey 150 full-time employees analyzed using PROCESS macro SPSS.
